Happy Halloween!

Its time to decorate your porch with pumpkins, mums and cute little scary things. My neighbors always wait to see what creative things i am doing next.​In this DIY post I will show you easy steps of how to carve pumpkin. Its a messy task, but it makes you happy once it is completed.​Supplies needed: * A big nice pumpkin* A knife* A toothpick * Ice cream Scoop* Hand gloves * Sharpie pen or any pen ​

STEP 1: Find a place where you will start your work. Make sure your work area doesn't stain. Spread old newspaper where you r going to work.

STEP 2: Gather your tools - Knife, ice-cream scoop and a toothpick.​STEP 3 : Cut the upper area to hollow your pumpkin with the help of ice-cream scoop. ​STEP 4: Take a bowl or a garbage bag aside to hold seeds and string. Make sure you to remove last bit to prevent premature rot and also to keep squirrel away.

​STEP 4: Sketch your design on paper first.Then draw it onto your pumpkin using pen or pencil which easily get washed. Do not use sharpie. ​STEP 5: Start cutting carefully along your design.

​STEP 6: Spray your pumpkin with bathroom cleaner inside and outside. This will prevent it from rotting quickly and hungry squirrels and other animals.​STEP 7: Drop some tea light candles and close the lid.
